  • Craig Voss, Center Operator
    Craig Voss

    Craig, along with his brother Brad, grew up in the automobile business that his father and grandfather started in 1971.  He has been active in various roles within the Voss Auto Network since 1996, after graduating from Washington University in St. Louis.

    Craig's focus, throughout his career, has been one of making sure that Voss customers are happy.  With his fine staff at Voss Village BMW, Craig constantly strives for the highest level of personal service to the Dayton community.

    General Sales Manager Dave Lee returned to Voss Village BMW in early 2006. Dave started his automotive sales career at Voss Chevrolet in 1995. After three years as a sales leader, he took the helm at Voss Village BMW in July 1998. In 2003, Dave and his family relocated to North Carolina, where Dave remained in the BMW network, serving as Retail Operations Manager at Performance BMW-Porsche-Subaru in Chapel Hill. While away, Dave also worked as a sales trainer and consultant to other auto dealerships. Having visited some 200 dealerships in his career, Dave can honestly say there's no better place to buy or sell a car than Voss. And no better place to call home than the Miami Valley.

    Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, traveling, and is an avid runner, recently completing the Boston Marathon.

    Aaron Kerstanski began his career with the Voss Auto Network on the ground floor. In August of 2004, Aaron began work in the service department of Voss Cadillac as a car spotter. He later moved to Voss BMW, serving as a detailer for two years. From there, he moved up into BMW sales. Because of his detailing experience, Aaron maintains a high degree of product knowledge and attention to detail. Aaron's customers have been delighted, and have rewarded him with one of the highest customer satisfaction scores in the country.

    Aaron has lived in the Centerville/Springboro area his entire life. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his new bride, Julie.

    Matt Carone has been with Voss Village BMW since July, 2008, however his BMW experience goes far beyond his recent employment. As a young automotive enthusiast, Matt was so taken with BMW that he saved his money and purchased his first BMW, a brand new 2002 325i when he was just 18! More recently, Matt has owned a 7 series and a 8 series coupe.

    Matt is a Wright State University graduate, lives here in Centerville and recently became engaged.

    Albert de Blok joined our sales-staff in July, 2009. He comes to us from Tom Bush BMW in Jacksonville, Florida, where he enjoyed a successful sales career.

    Prior to his career with BMW, Albert also sold Porsche and Audi cars and owned and operated his own dealership.

    Albert was born and educated in Holland and lives in Centerville with his wife Dani.

    Nick Winsor has been with Voss Village BMW since November, 2009.  Born and raised in Connecticut, Nick attended the University of Dayton, where he recently obtained his degree in Marketing and Communication.
    Nick lives in Beavercreek and enjoys traveling, cars and sports.

    Gary started in professional business to business sales in 1975. After over 30 years serving the Ohio business printing community, Gary made the switch to the automotive sales. After a 3 year tenure with a local GM dealership, Gary is very pleased to be affiliated with BMW and our dealership. As a previous BMW owner there was only one dealership he considered, Voss Village BMW.
