At The Voss Auto Network, our customers are like family. During these past couple of weeks we have been focused on doing everything we can to keep our families safe and healthy during the COVID-19 developments. This means understanding how the outbreak affects customers, employees and our overall community. We are doing everything we can to take the necessary precautions for our daily work operations to keep you the customer and our employees safe. We are closely monitoring and following the ever changing CDC guidelines and the recommendations of the State and local governments. We are taking all necessary steps to help prevent the spread of the virus. We will continue to remain open and provide our full services until there would be a mandatory shut down of businesses in our area.

We have increased our cleaning services at all of our dealerships and collision repair centers. We have added hand sanitizer stations in all of customer and employee areas. Sanitizing wipes are made available to all of our employees for their work stations and they are encouraged to use them frequently throughout the day.  Rubber gloves have been made available to all of our employees and in some cases it is mandatory for them to be used.  We have designated employees to clean all areas of the dealership up to four times a day.  This includes customer facing areas and items that are used on a regular basis.

We will maintain business as usual while respecting the CDC's guidelines for limiting the transmission of COVID-19.

We have online service scheduling at all of our stores and we will be offering complimentary pickup and delivery. The availability of pickup and delivery will vary store to store, so please call in advance for details.
