Manuel & Jared are our Voss Village BMW Product Genius's. They are enthusiastic, passionate and technically savvy individual's who are responsible for sharing product knowledge with prospective and current customers. The objective of the BMW Genius program is to help customers better understand the unique features and rich functionality available in the various BMW models.

BMW has always been committed to building the Ultimate Driving Machine®.  Every feature has been thoughtfully designed to exceed customer expectations. Yet, with the rapid evolution of in-vehicle technology, customers, both loyal and new to the brand, may require additional time to master their new BMW's features and functions.

This is where the BMW Genius enters the picture. Manuel & Jared are dedicated to assisting customers before, during and after their purchase. The BMW Genius supports both the Sales and Service Departments, but he is not a salesperson. Their mission is to develop a relationship with our customers and contribute to the enhancement of driving a BMW.
