Management and Sales Staff

Aaron Kerstanski began his career with the Voss Auto Network on the ground floor. In August of 2004, Aaron began work in the service department of Voss Cadillac as a car spotter. He later moved to Voss BMW, serving as a detailer for two years. From there, he moved up into BMW sales. After being in sales for 13 years, Aaron was given the opportunity to take over as  General Sales Manager for Voss BMW. 

Aaron has lived in the Centerville/Springboro area his entire life. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his bride Julie, along with their 2 children Rylie and Caden

Jarrod Howell comes to Voss BMW from Cintas Corporation where he has spent 7 years in Supply Chain. He has held many positions in that timeframe from Supervisor of Master Data, Production Manager to Distribution Center General Manager. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Internet Security.  Jarrod spent several years as a BMW Client Advisor before being promoted to his current role as Financial Services Professional.  He enjoys physical fitness and traveling. He loves spending time with his family and rooting on the Ohio State Buckeye football team.

 Tom Wellbaum climbed aboard the Voss Village BMW team in April 2019, however his total time in the automotive industry spans over 20 years- which includes 10 years serving the BMW brand.  The experience and knowledge that he brings is priceless, and his goal is to find the model that best fits your needs.

Tyler has been with Voss BMW since May 2019. He has been in sales for 10 years ranging from door to door sales, territory sales, and retail. He loves learning about new tech inside and outside of cars. With that said, a pretty big nerd at heart. Air force brat, so moved around a lot as a kid but will always see New Mexico as home. Special talent, can recount the plot to almost any movie.

Lauren Frost has been with Voss BMW since January of 2019. She started in the detail department where she gained valuable knowledge of the vehicles and her passion for cars. When she isn't working, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and playing sports

Manuel Payne has been with Voss BMW since September of 2013.  He has carried multiple roles within the dealership, which has allowed him to aquire an in-depth knowledge in all BMW products as well as the sales process. Manuel is a big fan of F1 racing and the Air Force Falcon football team, and also enjoys working out when he can. Manuel retired from the US Airforce in 2003 and prior to joining The Voss Network, he worked in the mortgage industry as well as day trading on the side as a fun hobby.
